Youth and Family Services (YMCA) operates programs [Noah' Anchorage, St. George Youth Center, My Home] that provide a continuum of care to underserved at-risk youth, young adults and families experiencing homelessness, neglect, and abuse in the greater Santa Barbara area. Youth, young adults, and families in high-risk environments that participate in our services experience greater safety and well-being while they work toward the future. Our staff work alongside those in need to provide case management, education, life skills coaching, counseling and much more all free of charge.
REACH (which stands for Resilience, Education, Adventure, Community, and Health) works with students to develop skills so they can take control of their lives as they transition from high school to college. Our application is open in the Fall of every year.

The District Attorney's Office Crime Victim Witness Assistance Program is available to victims of crime and their family members. Information and assistance navigating the criminal justice system and resources, referrals and financial assistance available. Legal residency is not a requirement, and services are free.
