- Director of Operations

This position is ideal for an experienced nonprofit professional with demonstrated success in staff management, program oversight, and organizational administration.
- - Family Care Coordinator & Wellness Navigator
Print/View: JOB DESCRIPTION - 15-40 hours depending on individual - Bilingual a plus but not required. YouthWell is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Family Care Coordinator & Wellness Navigator to serve as a trusted advocate for youth and families seeking mental health and wellness support. This role helps create a welcoming, inclusive environment while working closely with families to assess needs, overcome barriers, and connect them to appropriate services in a timely manner. This position provides enhanced care management for youth and their families and plays a critical role in coordinating with YouthWell’s partners, pediatricians, schools, and community mental health providers.
- - Youth Advisor & Mental Health Educator
Print/View: JOB DESCRIPTION - 15-40 hours depending on individual. YouthWell is seeking a committed and passionate individual to serve as either a Youth Advisor or a Mental Health Educator, or both roles combined in a full-time position. Part-time candidates may focus on either the Youth Advisor or the Mental Health Educator component. Full-time candidates will take on both responsibilities. The Youth Advisor will work with students on YouthWell’s Youth Advisory Board (YAB), helping to guide youth-led initiatives, support mental health advocacy, and facilitate leadership development. The Mental Health Educator will provide mental health education and facilitate trainings such as Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) in the community.

#1 Office Internship for mental wellness outreach & program support - YouthWell is seeking high school or college students [ages 15-25] who have a passion for mental health and wellness. Multiple opportunities for community engagement and supporting the YouthWell team in areas of non-profit office administration, program/event preparation and follow-up, data collection and processing, table hosting, and light social media support. We also have opportunities to contribute to our online resource directory and assist with website updates. Students will also have exposure to how Collaboratives work together towards change. You are also invited to get involved with the COMPASSION PROJECT and pay it forward with "simple acts of kindness." The Compassion Project is focused on providing "simple acts of kindness". We want to involve parents in the conversation, train parent mentors, and offer nurturing gestures (ie: meal) that show you matter and someone cares.
