If you are interested in being part of the solution and helping create better support systems for youth in Santa Barbara County, consider serving on a YouthWell Committee or contacting us to find out other ways you can volunteer. 

Become a Brand Ambassador for mental health. Open year-round to parents & students (ages 12-25).

SEND COVER LETTER: A. Why are you interested in becoming a Mental Wellness Brand Ambassador? B. How much, if anything, do you know about youth mental health in Santa Barbara County?  C. Include whether you are [1] a student or parent, [2] are of SB County you live, [3] school you attend and grade if you are a student. 

You are also invited to get involved with the COMPASSION PROJECT and pay it forward with "simple acts of kindness." The Compassion Project is focused on providing "simple acts of kindness". We want to involve parents in the conversation, train parent mentors, and offer nurturing gestures (ie: meal) that show you matter and someone cares.
