- Director of Programs & Partnerships
Print/View: JOB DESCRIPTION - 40 hours - Bilingual a plus but not required. YouthWell is seeking a Director of Programs to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across the organization’s programs and partnerships. This role will supervise program managers, ensure programs are delivered effectively, and support collaboration across YouthWell’s initiatives. The Director will oversee YouthWell’s Integrated Center, working closely with partner organizations co-locating in the space to coordinate community programming and collaborative initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic, experienced leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and builds systems that support efficiency and sustainability. YouthWell is seeking a candidate who can commit to the role for at least 2 years and contribute to the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that support youth mental health and wellness in our community.

Systems Impact Data & Evaluation Analyst
Print/View: JOB DESCRIPTION - 10-20 hours/week
YouthWell is seeking a Data & Evaluation Analyst who will help measure program outcomes and identify insights that strengthen the youth mental health system of care. This role goes beyond analyzing numbers to help tell the story of how coordinated care and community partnerships improve access to mental health services. Working closely with YouthWell’s Family Care Coordination team, the Analyst will design and manage data systems, analyze program outcomes, and translate insights into meaningful reports that strengthen services and inform community-wide solutions. This part-time role may be structured as either a contract or an employee position with a lot of flexibility. The role may be a great fit for professionals with backgrounds in public health, program evaluation, or nonprofit data analysis who are interested in part-time, mission-driven work. YouthWell is seeking a candidate who can commit to the role for at least two years to help build and strengthen the program’s long-term data and evaluation systems.
- - Care Navigation Coordinator / Certified Wellness Coach
Print/View: JOB DESCRIPTION - 20-40 hours depending on individual - Bilingual a plus but not required. YouthWell is seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator to serve as a trusted advocate helping youth and families navigate the mental health system and access timely, coordinated support. Coordinators create a welcoming, inclusive environment while working closely with families to understand their needs, navigate available resources, and connect them to appropriate services. Coordinators provide non-clinical behavioral health support, including conducting screening intakes, guiding families through available resources, and offering ongoing wellness-oriented support. They facilitate warm hand-offs to clinical providers when needed and collaborate closely with YouthWell’s partners, including schools, pediatricians, and other providers, to ensure families receive coordinated, accessible care. This is a part-time or full-time position with a minimum two-year commitment.

Office Internship for mental wellness outreach & program support
YouthWell is seeking high school or college students [ages 15-25] who have a passion for mental health and wellness.
• Multiple opportunities for community engagement and supporting the YouthWell team in areas of non-profit office administration, program/event preparation and follow-up, data collection and processing, table hosting, and light social media support.
• We also have opportunities to contribute to our online resource directory and assist with website updates.

You are also invited to get involved with the COMPASSION PROJECT and pay it forward with "simple acts of kindness." The Compassion Project is focused on providing "simple acts of kindness". We want to involve parents in the conversation, train parent mentors, and offer nurturing gestures (ie: meal) that show you matter and someone cares.
