Rack Cards & Posters

SCHOOLS & ORGANIZATIONS... YouthWell has designed 4x9 double-sided community resource rack cards and 11x17 posters in both English and Spanish with resource information and fun tools for practicing self-care. The goal is to remind everyone that OUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS and that IT IS OK TO ASK FOR HELP. It is scary for parents and youth when someone starts to struggle with a mental health challenge and overwhelming when you are trying to understand how to navigate resources. [SCHOOL DISTRICTS may want to consider adding a HOME SCREEN LINK on student iPads so students & parents can quickly access resources.]  If you are outside of SB County and would like cards customized for your area, please contact us or fill out custom form >

You are invited to request/order cards or posters for your org, school, or program. At the bottom of each is information about accessing resources in Santa Barbara County. Contact Outreach@YouthWell.org with any questions or comments.

Journaling is a tool for managing your mental health. It can help to identify what is causing stress and provide insight for managing challenges in your life. Create a routine of setting aside time each day to check-in, reflect, and answer the prompts. Feel free to skip around or go in order. Keep it simple. There are no right or wrong answers. Show self-compassion. Before you start, take a few deep wellness breaths to calm your mind and body.
