YouthWell Mentor Sessions are interactive, youth-centered conversations focused on real-life challenges that impact mental health and wellbeing.
Each session explores a timely topic, such as academic stress, peer support, social connection, or navigating today’s political climate, through a mix of expert insight and lived experience. Youth hear from mental health professionals, community leaders, and near-peer mentors, including college students and former Youth Advocacy Board members, who share practical tools, personal stories, and strategies for coping, connection, and self-care.
Mentor Sessions are designed to help young people feel less alone, build confidence in supporting themselves and others, and walk away with skills they can actually use.
Open to youth ages 10–25 and parents
