TeenWell Support Group [in-person]
Join our DBT support group for incoming 9th-12th graders, where you’ll learn valuable skills to regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and improve relationships. Build a life worth living through practical, supportive guidance in a safe and encouraging environment. COMMITMENT: Min 4-weeks [New members may join last Thurs of each month]
THURSDAYS • 4:30PM-5:45PM • weekly
If you miss the first group, you can still join!
Groups are free. Donations are encouraged and appreciated. Some insurances accepted.
