HYBRID Facilitator Training

Trainings are FREE and intended for associates, trainees, licensed therapists, and those with lived experience in Santa Barbara County. Develop your facilitator style, learn to set a structure that is consistent and creates a safe space for participants, and use this as an opportunity for connection. Develop ways to empower your participants with tools and find a balance between educating and providing support. Feel empowered to lead a support group regardless of the audience or theme of the group.
