FamilyTools Group [hybrid]
Education and support for parents/caregivers of youth, ages 10-18. (Hybrid – in person or via zoom)
A weekly drop-in skills-building group for caregivers to address the daily challenges of parenting, improve communication, and strengthen parent-child relationships. Learn to recognize your strengths, how to handle parenting during conflict, and how to manage stress while prioritizing your self-care.
