We work with individuals in all phases of life and the issues that arise. Often this involves coaching an adolescent who is struggling, or a young person trying to successfully move into adulthood. All work with clients is done by phone or zoom for Santa Barbara County.
Our team members have experience treating anxiety and depression, including parent coaching, substance abuse, severe mental illness, LGBTQIA+ issues. We specialize in neurodiversity and Autism Spectrum Disorder, working virtually and in-person intensives.
