Goodwill Industries of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties offers no-cost Mission Services focused on breaking down employment barriers for veterans, youth (ages 16–24), long-term unemployed, justice-involved individuals, people with disabilities, and Department of Rehabilitation clients. They provide personalized job training, resume development, interview practice, and paid work experience and job placement. Our programs also offer training opportunities around customer service, financial literacy, and computer training. Our programs also support our participants with supportive services that are needed in order to be successful in the workplace. Goodwill aims to support our community with their employment goals.
