WORKSHOP: What is Brainspotting? – Fusion Academy Santa Barbara

Fusion Academy Santa Barbara is hosting a FREE educational talk that will be led by Yolanda Yturralde, MFT. Yolanda is a trauma-informed psychotherapist who specializes in supporting neurodiverse students and teens experiencing stress, anxiety, performance pressure, social media overload, and testing challenges. This talk will share the practical tools to reduce stress, increase motivation, and learn how to work with your brain, not against it.
RSVP is not required but is recommended.
