TMHA’s Strike Out Stigma Bowl-a-Thon 2026

Join us to Strike Out Stigma!!

It’s time to grab 4 co-workers, friends, family, or strangers to form a team and join in on the fun while raising money for mental health programs in our community. If you aren’t able to create a team, please consider sponsoring a team from one of our wellness centers (Santa Maria or Helping Hands of Lompoc). All that’s needed to get in on the fun is $600 (for a team of 5), a team name, and a willingness to have fun! No bowling skills are necessary at all (we promise not to laugh if you use the ramps or bumpers). This is a family friendly team-building event (yes, kids can participate as well). You will get 2 rounds of bowling at one of the scheduled shifts (shoes included and even a pair of TMHA socks to take home as a souvenir), pizza, and non-alcoholic drinks.
