The Energy Bubble Model: Building Regulation, Connection, and Inclusive Classrooms
Tuesday, August 25 | 4:00 to 5:30 PM
Classroom regulation is about more than managing behavior. It creates the foundation for learning, meaningful relationships, and emotional safety.
Join pediatric occupational therapist and author Michaela Gordon as she introduces the Energy Bubble Model, a simple, visual framework that helps students recognize their own energy levels, understand the energy of others, and develop the skills for both self-regulation and co-regulation.
Using relatable language, sensory-informed strategies, and practical classroom tools, this approach supports all learners while fostering more inclusive, connected, and emotionally supportive classrooms. Participants will learn how to introduce the model through engaging activities, worksheets, and everyday classroom routines, while building personalized regulation toolkits that can be used throughout the school year.
All attendees will receive a free digital Energy Bubble Model Manual featuring 30 downloadable resources, along with complimentary access to the Energy Bubble app.
