Strengthen your organization’s financial foundation with practical strategies for budgeting, communicating with your board and funders, and supporting sound decision-making. Led by nonprofit finance expert Hilda Zacarias.
Part 2: Strengthen Your Financial Story
Learn how your organization’s financial story is reflected through annual reports, grant reports, IRS Form 990s, and Candid/GuideStar profiles, and how strong financial reporting can build credibility and support fundraising. Led by multi-organization CFO Michael Williams.
