Family-to-Family NAMISB — 8wk Workshop Series [Santa Maria]
NAMI Family-to-Family is a FREE 8-session educational program offered by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Santa Barbara. It’s designed for family members, significant others, and friends of individuals with mental health conditions. The program provides valuable information, support, and coping strategies for those supporting a loved one with a mental health condition.

The program is offered at no cost and in a safe, confidential setting.
NAMI-trained family members who have personal experience with mental illness lead the program.
