- Somatic Experiencing: A body-oriented approach designed to help release trapped nervous system arousal and physical tension caused by trauma.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): An evidence-based framework focused on helping clients manage difficult emotions, eating disorders, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
- Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM): An advanced trauma-informed therapy used for complex PTSD, severe dissociative disorders, attachment issues, and deep wounds (often beneficial for military veterans and their families).
- Cortical Field Re-education (CFR): A movement-based practice aimed at restoring natural human movement and reversing physical compensations formed during trauma.
