OUR PROGRAMS & SERVICES...

Pacific Pride Foundation provides affordable counseling online via teletherapy or in-person at our Santa Barbara office for LGBTQ+ individuals, those living with HIV/AIDS, and their partners, family, and friends. Counseling is offered on a sliding-scale. Our clinicians are trained in issues relevant to LGBTQ+ mental health and are overseen by a fully licensed therapist. We offer culturally competent individual and couples therapy, family therapy, and support groups.

  • Common issues brought by our clients include: gender dysphoria and affirmation, newly diagnosed with HIV, coming out, family rejection, parents/ family/ friends who want to support an LGBTQ+ loved one, depression, anxiety, sexual assault survival, abuse survival, and social development.

For youth 12-17, we have the PROUD Youth Group:

  • PROUD Youth Group is a free, confidential, drop-in group for LGBTQ+, questioning, and ally youth that is led by Pacific Pride Foundation staff experienced in working with LGBTQ+ youth. We are in the process of redeveloping our Youth services. Currently, PROUD Youth Group meetings are on hold, but we are still offering online peer support and community through Discord. Please email levin@pacificpridefoundation.org for more information.
