YouthWell focuses on education, support, prevention, and early intervention, connecting youth and families to mental health and wellness resources before the crisis.
YouthWell Workshops are hosted via Zoom in Santa Barbara County. They are designed to give youth, parents, and those working with youth more tools. Workshops are open to 7th grade through college-age students, parents, educators, and providers. Spanish interpretation is provided. View our calendar for dates and details.
YouthWell partners with FSA and the Mental Wellness Center to provide FREE Youth & Teen Mental Health First Aid training as well as QPR training classes throughout SB County. This is a comprehensive training designed to equip educators, family members, and caregivers with the skills and knowledge to identify, understand, and respond to the signs or risk factors of mental illness and substance use disorders in youth.
