OUR PROGRAMS & SERVICES...
Youth Offender Program (YOP)
- The fast, convenient way to avoid a misdemeanor on your record and a suspension of your driving privileges.
- For additional information, contact the Program Enrollment Manager(s), Frank Banales and Lisa Roberson.
Driving Under the Influence Program
- For first time offenders convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or both. Clients are referred by the court to one of five programs offered: Wet Reckless, 12-Hour Education, Three-month, or Nine-month. Clients may also volunteer to enroll for Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) purposes; clients will need to provide an H6 printout. Our program follows an education model with an emphasis on alcohol and drug awareness per California Title 9 requirements.
Family Violence Treatment Program
- We have the experience and capacity to provide this service in both Spanish and English. We also have an in-depth understanding of the cultural values that impact violence in the family. Additionally, we provide comprehensive substance abuse counseling and can enhance classes with therapy, if indicated.
The Drug Diversion Program
- For clients referred by the California court system who have been arrested for the first time for (1) being under the influence of a controlled substance, (2) being in possession of a controlled substance, or both, or (3) being under the influence of alcohol in a public place.
Our approach is mainly social and conditional, bringing out recuperation from the intrinsic side, while continually supporting the goal via an external, directional guidance.
