Support Group for Connection & Coping Skills
This group will provide a space for teens to process their feelings and provide coping skills to help with anxiety, depression and disconnection. We will practice mindfulness skills, breath work, gentle yoga, self-care techniques and journaling. We will learn ways to regulate our internal experience, no matter what is happening in the outside world. This can be a space for teens to connect.
Guest mentors will join our groups to provide unique perspectives.
