Antonette “Toni” Navarro has served as the Director of Santa Barbara County’s Department of Behavioral Wellness since December 2021. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 35 years of experience in community behavioral health in California. Toni was recently appointed by the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors to serve as one of its County representatives on the CenCal Health Board of Directors.
