It can be hard to understand what your child might be going through. Join this free webinar with Daybreak Health and Santa Barbara Unified School District to learn about youth mental health, including:
• Understanding what mental health really means
• Understanding how mental health impacts your child, and how to respond to signs of mental illness
• Learning strategies for how to support your child in coping with mental health challenges
The class will be held in English with Spanish interpretation available.
