Mental Health 101 Community Class

Join a free class and learn healthy ways to cope with stress and mental health challenges! The class is organized by the Carpinteria Children’s Project and Mental Wellness Center and there will be raffled prices.
Three classes will be offered simultaneously:
- Adult Spanish
- Adult English
- Youth English
