Healthy Relationships – Free Family Webinar with Santa Barbara Unified & Daybreak Health
It can be hard to understand what your child might be going through.
This free webinar will help parents learn about relationships and youth mental health, including:
- Learning why healthy relationships matter
- Signs of healthy vs. unhealthy relationships
- Strategies for helping your child to communicate effectively
Parents will be provided tools to help their child set appropriate boundaries and have an opportunity for Q&A with licensed clinician, Juan Trevino.
