It can be hard to understand what your child might be going through. Join this free webinar with Daybreak Health and Santa Barbara Unified School District to learn about healthy communication and youth mental health, including:
• Learning about positive communication and relationships
• Learning how to broach difficult conversations with your child
• Connecting to available resources
