We invite you to join us for our next “I don’t know how” live webinar, sponsored by ASU REACH Institute’s center for Resilient Families and Mental Health America. In celebration of Black History Month, we are focusing on supporting Black parents.
Parenting is both rewarding and challenging, especially when navigating the impact of generational trauma. This panel will explore how parents can break harmful cycles, prioritize their well-being, and foster resilience in themselves and their children. Experts in mental health, parenting, and trauma-informed care will share practical strategies for self-care, emotional healing, and building empowered, supportive family environments.
