ADHD+ Group Coaching for Parents
Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, lost, or alone while navigating parenting and advocating for your bright child or teen with ADHD+
JOIN ME for an 8-session series as I walk you through a blueprint for building: more calm, stronger communication, and healthier connection in your home and child’s school.
With the program, you will get:
* 8x one hour group coaching sessions on Zoom: Mondays, 12:15-1:15pm (except 9/25, 10/23)
* 2x one hour in-person connection gatherings – Dates TBD according to group availability
* The 2e AD(hd)vocacy Blueprint Workbook
* Voxer group support
* Strategies you can start using TODAY
* A community who understands
* Recordings of the Zoom training sessions (in case you’re unable to attend live)
