The Yes I Can/Si Se Puede Program at the Lompoc Teen Center is intended to support academic success and college readiness for middle school students. We want to establish an academic excellence program modeled after the much acclaimed PEAC Program (Program for Effective Access to College) established by Santa Barbara Unified School District
