Cultivating Emotional Well-Being With Mindfulness

FreeAs part of the Fusion EmpowerEd! Community Education Series, there will be a presentation called “Cultivating Emotional Balance and Well-Being With Mindfulness and Meditation” and Q&A with Dr. Deborah Foster, Ph.D.
In this presentation, Dr. Foster will focus on discovery of healthy, balanced ways to relate with oneself and family members through a deeper understanding of neuropsychological functions.
Critical skills covered by the presentation include:
- Learning to cultivate genuine self-love and compassion, which is helpful for your meditation practice as well as for living your life in a satisfying way
- Addressing health problems, lifestyle choices and mind states, that might interfere with your life.
- Learning to skillfully balance work, relationships, family and spiritual life.
- Release the stresses of mind, body, and spirit to become a happier person.
