DESCRIPTION:Corazón Latino is a non-profit dedicated to educating\, empowering\, and supporting the Latinx and underserved communities of the Central Coast. Our mission is to promote emotional well-being\, share resources\, foster civic engagement\, and provide culturally responsive support to the Latinx community. Our Grupos de Apoyo (Mental Health Support Groups) are our core program\, which are led by trained Community Health Workers/Promotores (CHW/Ps) who provide mental health support in Spanish. During the groups we reduce stigma\, teach coping skills (through the Emotional CPR suicide-prevention model)\, connect participants to community resources\, and host presentations from local organizations. DESCRIPTION:The United Boys and Girls Club of Santa Barbara County is hosting a two-day fundraising event. This year’s experience will span two unforgettable days\, bringing together incredible cars\, spectacular roads\, great food\, and an amazing evening celebration\, all in support of the United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County. \n\nWHEN: Rally on Friday\, October 9th and Gala on Saturday\, October 10th\nRSVP: **Ticket purchase required >>\nCOST: $400 per person (Gala only)\n\nThe 2026 Rally4Kids rally will take place on Friday\, October 9\, 2026. This year’s rally will cover approximately 225 miles of some of the most scenic roads in California\, with none of the route on Highway 101. Drivers will be able to choose their preferred start times between 7:45 AM and 9:00 AM\, departing in groups of about eight cars every 15 minutes. Along the way\, there will be several planned stops to stretch your legs\, take in the scenery\, and participate in fun games for the chance to earn the title of Rally Champion. The rally will be limited to 50 cars\, so early registration is encouraged. \nOn Saturday\, October 10\, 2026\, Rally4Kids continues with an evening gala designed to be just as memorable as the drive itself. The theme this year is Pearl of the Adriatic\, featuring food stations with culinary delights inspired by countries throughout the region. The gala will take place at The Great Meadow at Santa Barbara City College\, overlooking the channel and harbor. Guests can expect an evening filled with incredible food\, music\, dancing\, an exciting live auction\, breathtaking views\, and special performances and surprises throughout the night.
