DESCRIPTION:Cottage Health Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine is hosting a FREE community education event providing an overview of advances in sleep and circadian regulation\, principles of sleep health\, and strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. Registration is required to attend and a Zoom link will be provided after registering. \nThe event will be led by speaker Daniel Lewin\, PhD.
