DESCRIPTION:LiFT (Linking Families and Teens) is a FREE 6-hour program that unites adolescents (ages 13-19) and their parental figure* to share family values\, strengthen family ties\, and talk about the difficult things – healthy relationships and sexual health. \n\nConnect with other parents and supportive adults within your community\nParticipants will receive supportive resources and meals!\n\n*You may join the LiFT program with a teenager\, grandchild\, nephew\, niece\, or other important teen in your life* \nLiFT program Overview Video\nInterested?
