LiFT – Build Communication Pathways With The Adults in Your Life

LiFT (Linking Families and Teens) is a FREE 6-hour program that brings teens (ages 13-19) together in a safe space where you’ll learn to talk with the adults in your life about the tough stuff.

• You and your parental figure* will learn how to listen to each other and support you to reach your goals
• Have fun sharing with your friends (in a separate space from parents)
• Participants will receive supportive resources and meals!

*You may join the LiFT program with a parents, caregiver, grandparent, aunt or uncle, or another important adult in your life*

LiFT programming offers flexibility with sessions available as either 6-hour sessions or two 3-hour sessions.

Programming provided in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties in both ENGLISH and SPANISH 

LiFT (Linking Families and Teens) es un programa GRATUITO de 6 horas que reúne a adolescentes (de 13 a 19 años) en un espacio seguro donde aprenderás a hablar con los adultos de tu vida sobre las cosas difíciles.

• Tú y tu figura paterna* aprenderéis a escucharos mutuamente y a apoyaros para alcanzar vuestros objetivos
• Te divertirás compartiendo con tus amigos (en un espacio separado de los padres)
• ¡Los participantes recibirán recursos de apoyo y comidas!

*Puedes unirte al programa LiFT con tus padres, cuidador, abuelos, tíos u otro adulto importante en tu vida*.

El programa LiFT ofrece flexibilidad con sesiones disponibles de 6 horas o dos sesiones de 3 horas.
