Parenting Helpline • 805-456-1234 • M-F: 1-4pm W: 5-8pm. Confidential, free-of-charge helpline parents can call for support and expert advice including referrals to treatment services. CADA offers Prevention, Education, & Treatment of Substance Use Disorders for youth and families. Resources and support are available for children, adolescents, parents, and families through counseling, therapy, and education.
CALM utilizes a variety of trauma-informed, evidence-based programs and services that effectively treat child abuse and promote healing, as well as programs successful in preventing childhood trauma through family strengthening and support. Services are provided to all in both Spanish and English, at a sliding scale or free of charge if needed; no one is turned away due to inability to pay.

Youth and Family Services (YMCA) operates programs [Noah’ Anchorage, St. George Youth Center, My Home] that provide a continuum of care to underserved at-risk youth, young adults and families experiencing homelessness, neglect, and abuse in the greater Santa Barbara area. Youth, young adults, and families in high-risk environments that participate in our services experience greater safety and well-being while they work toward the future. Our staff work alongside those in need to provide case management, education, life skills coaching, counseling and much more all free of charge.
