The Center is Northern Santa Barbara County’s primary crisis support agency for victims of sexual violence, domestic and child abuse, and human trafficking. We serve Santa Maria, Lompoc, Guadalupe, and surrounding areas. We offer presentations, education and training, and online resources.
Crisis Intervention: 24/7 assistance via the hotline for individuals in crisis. Services include advocacy and accompaniment when reporting any form of sexual abuse. Counseling services available. Support groups available.
Education/Prevention Programs: Programs available on topics to include sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, dating violence, Mandated Reporter Training, sexual harassment, teen dating violence, and many others. ChildSAFE, the agency's largest educational program is available to all elementary, middle, and high schools in northern and mid Santa Barbara county. The Good Touch/Bad Touch/ Confusing Touch Puppet show is also available for pre-schoolers in our service area.
