CADA offers Prevention, Education, & Treatment of Substance Use Disorders for youth and families. Resources and support are available for children, adolescents, parents, and families through counseling, therapy, and education.
Casa Pacifica provides an array of Mental health services for youth within Santa Barbara County and Ventura County. Casa Pacifica offers adolescent and family services designed to treat victims of abuse and neglect, substance abuse, homelessness, and other behavioral and mental health issues. Our Camarillo, Santa Barbara, and Santa Maria offices work with more than 2,100 of the most vulnerable children and their families annually.

Family Service Agency of Santa Barbara County’s transformative programs provide underserved youth and families with solutions to immediate needs, along with essential tools for increased long term self-sufficiency and empowerment. We are committed to providing mental health services where they are needed most: in the community. Eighty percent of our services are delivered on school campuses, at community centers and in clients’ homes. During the pandemic, we have transitioned to providing the majority of our services via Telehealth. Our programs combine clinical expertise, bilingual and bicultural staff, and close collaboration with other nonprofit, educational and government organizations. Services are provided free or on a sliding-fee scale with no one denied access because of an inability to pay.

The Hosford Counseling and Psychological Services Clinic at UCSB provides low-cost psychotherapy, counseling, and assessment services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

At La Ventana approach to treatment is designed to address the underlying causes that contribute to challenges faced by those struggling with substance abuse, alcoholism, and mental illness.

Acacia Counseling and Wellness offers individuals (18+ years), couples, and group therapy as well as psychiatric services. We offer both short and long-term treatment. Acacia Counseling and Wellness offers psychotherapy and psychiatric services in two locations, located within walking, busing, or biking distance from UC Santa Barbara.
Mission Harbor offers individual and group therapy for mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorder. We offer separate group tracks to help forge community and connection. Individual therapy modalities include EMDR for trauma, ERP for OCD, CBT and DBT.

New Beginnings Counseling Center offers youth, individual, couples, groups, and family counseling in both English and Spanish. Services are available via telehealth and in-person in our center in downtown Santa Barbara. We can provide therapy to all ages, including elementary school-aged children. We also organize groups for youth. Our current wait time is typically one week. We provide low-cost counseling services on a sliding scale and turns nobody away due to an inability to pay. We can help you explore life transitions, relationship issues, and a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, compulsive behaviors, substance use, job loss and stress, aging, isolation, and anger management.
