SBHS English – Youth Mental Health First Aid Training – In Person
This class is open ONLY to Santa Barbara High School and Santa Barbara Junior High School parents, families and staff.
This class will be broken up into four sessions. You must attend ALL four sessions to receive a certification. All classes will take place from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early because we will be starting on time.

Youth Mental Health First Aid [Y-MHFA]is a comprehensive training designed to equip educators, family members, and caregivers (18 years or older) with the skills and knowledge to identify, understand, and respond to the signs or risk factors of youth mental illness and substance use disorders.
